Arcade is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the engineering team to help build the next generation platform for motivating and engaging sales teams across the world. In this role you’ll have a broad scope, helping to define the user experience of our product, the shape of its architecture, and the strategic investments we make into our engineering tools, practices, and process.

About You
You may be a great fit for this role if:
- You have experience working with modern dynamic languages and web application frameworks including Ruby on Rails
- You’re comfortable with front end development using TypeScript and React
- You thrive working in a highly autonomous, collaborative environment
- You write clear documentation, tests, and recommendations for technical problem solutions
- You’re familiar with kubernetes and cloud infrastructure best practices / principles (we use AWS)
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity in a high growth/rapidly changing environment.
- You hold your and others’ work accountable to a high quality standard
Responsibilities:
- Weigh in on technical direction, approaches, and process for and with the team
- Work with the team to build product and APIs that will scale with our growth while delighting our customers
- Collaboratively define and prioritize epics and tickets
- Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on code reviews
- Mentor and grow the members of your team
- Work across the company to shape the future of the engineering organization
- Take on broad technical ownership of systems across our product and internal tools

- Competitive salary (ranging from $145,000 to $155,000 with an increase to $155,000-$170,000 after the first 3 months, depending on experience)
