As a Remote Collaboration Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between our team and our US-based partner.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery and setup of a laptop for communication purposes with our US-based partner.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels using various tools and platforms.
- Facilitate virtual meetings, video conferences, and other forms of remote communication.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues related to communication tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
- Provide support and assistance to our US-based partner as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, video conferencing, and messaging apps.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in remote collaboration or similar roles is a plus.
